ADHD Coaching for Adults & Parents
Dr Sidra Bukhari
I am a GMC-registered psychiatrist with extensive experience in ADHD assessment and mental health.
This ADHD coaching service is delivered entirely outside my medical role and focuses on education, skills, and behaviour change rather than diagnosis or treatment.
My coaching approach is informed by deep clinical understanding, while remaining strictly non-medical and coaching-based.
A Mother First
Before I was a doctor, I was a parent — and that’s what taught me what families truly need.
Built From Experience
Mind Companion was born from my own journey, so no parent has to walk theirs alone.
- Lived Experience Matters
- Support That Truly Understands
Practical support for focus, emotional regulation & everyday life
Non-clinical | Personalized coaching
- You’re not lazy.
- You’re not broken.
- And you don’t need “more willpower”.
Living with ADHD often means:
- Constant overwhelm
- Emotional intensity
- Procrastination despite good intentions
- Difficulty staying organised
- Feeling “too much” or “not enough”
What Is ADHD Coaching?
This is not therapy and not medical treatment.
It is structured, forward-focused support to help you function better in daily life.
✔ Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)
✔ Adults awaiting ADHD assessment
✔ Parents of children with ADHD
✔ Professionals struggling with focus & overwhelm
✔ Individuals who want practical tools, not labels
You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching.
This coaching is:
- Structured but flexible
- Neurodiversity-affirming
- Practical, not theoretical
- Designed for real life, not perfection
There is no diagnosing, no labelling, and no medical advice.
During coaching, we may focus on:
- Focus & attention strategies
- Time management & procrastination
- Emotional dysregulation & rejection sensitivity
- Overwhelm & burnout prevention
- ADHD-friendly routines
- Motivation & follow-through
- Parenting strategies for ADHD
- Workplace coping skills
Everything is skills-based, practical, and personalised.
